Türkiye'de üretilen yatağın yarısının Kayseri'de üretildiğini açıkandı

Mobilya Sanayicileri Derneği ile Kayseri Sanayi Odası Yatak ve Metal Sanayi Meslek Komitesi Başkanı Nazif Türkoğlu, Türkiye'de üretilen yatağın yarısının Kayseri'de üretildiğini bildirdi.

Türkoğlu, AA muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, dünyada yatak sektörünün büyüklüğünün 20 milyar dolar civarında olduğunu belirterek, dünyadaki yatak üretiminin yüzde 40'ını yaylı, yüzde 45'ini sünger yatakların oluşturduğunu ifade etti. Türkoğlu, dünyada en fazla yatak üreten ve en fazla tüketen ülkeler arasında ABD, Çin ve Brezilya'nın ilk 3 sırada geldiğini kaydetti.

Yatak ithalatı yapan ülkeler arasında ilk 3 sırayı Almanya, Fransa ve ABD; ihracat yapan ülkeler arasında ise ilk 3 sırayı Polonya, Çin ve Belçika'nın aldığını dile getiren Türkoğlu, ihracat ve ithalat yapan ülkeler arasında Türkiye'nin ilk 10 sıralamasına girmediğine dikkati çekti.

Dünyanın en büyük internet kitap satıcısı Amazon’un kurucusu ve patronu Jeff Bezos, elektronik kitap okuma aygıtı Kindle’ın yeni sürümünü tanıtmak için yapılan tanıtım toplantısında elektronik kitap pazarı hakkında çarpıcı bilgiler verdi. Bundan 18 ay önce ilk Kindle piyasaya çıktığında 90 bin civrandı olan kitap sayısı, Kindle’ın ikinci sürümü çıktığında 200 bin’e bugün ise yaklaşık 250 bin’e ulaşmış durumda.

Botoks botulinum toksin adı verilen bakteriden elde edilen tıbbi bir ilaçtır.

Amerikada yapıla araştırmalar sonucunda kırışıkları gideren Botoks (Botox) tedavisi enjekte edildikden sonra beyine gidebileceği açıklandı.
Bıyık kaslarına A tipinde botulinum neurotoksin verilen kobay farelerde beyinlerinde ki dokularda yapılan incelemeler sonrasında botoksun beyin köklerine taşındığı gözlemlendi.
Amerika’da 89 senesinde İlaç ve Gıda İdaresi olan FDA tarafınca onay alan botox senede 1.2 milyar dolar satışa ulaştı. Daha çok yüzdeki kırışıkları yumuşatmak isteyen ileri yaştaki kişilerin ünlüler ile nörolojik türden rahatsızlıkları bulunan hastaların tedavisinde kullanılıyor.
FDA Botoks (Botox) ile Solstice Neurosciences firması ile üretilen Myobloc adındaki ilaçların kas zayıflığı rahatsızlıklarına neden olup olmadığını inceleme altına aldı.

Winged luxury submarines 'fly' underwater

CNN) -- Most people have had dreams of flying. Graham Hawkes had dreams of flying -- underwater.

The Deep Flight Super Falcon made its maiden voyage in San Francisco Bay in September.

Hawkes has been in the business of building underwater craft for more than a decade. In the early days, his company, Hawkes Ocean Technologies, built vehicles for researchers and moviemakers.

But in the past few years, the ultrarich have increasingly looked for cool playthings for their ocean adventures.

What better toy to have on the end of your 200-foot yacht than a submarine capable of diving to 1,500 feet below the sea's surface?

Whoops. Did we say submarine? It's a submersible that can "fly" underwater.

The Deep Flight Super Falcon looks like a fighter jet, with its thin body, two seats, two sets of wings and two tail fins.
